JANUARY  MEETING HIGHLIGHTSNDWF CONVENTION REPORT TO BE HEARD AT FEB. MEETING.  INDOOR ARCHERY RANGE HOPES TO STAY OPEN THROUGH SPRING…CONTACT NEIL PETERSON 840-0173.  LEGISLATIVE SESSION PROVES TO BE CHALLENGING THIS YEAR, BUT OUR COMMITTEE IS MEETING EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT TO STAY IN CHECK WITH IT.  IF ANYONE HAS INPUT ON WILDLIFE BILLS OR WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US PLEASE CALL AN OFFICER.  UTMOST IMPORTANCE IS FOR INDIVIDUALS TO CONTACT THEIR STATE REPRESENTATIVES!  FISHERIES PROJECTS FOR 2013 ARE BEING PLANNED WITH POTENTIAL FOR A BOAT RAMP AT FOX LAKE AND AN ACCESS AT ISLAND LAKE. TREE REEF AT LAKE ASHTABULA IS ON GO FOR THIS SPRING WITH TENTATIVE LOCATION.

HIDES FOR WILDLIFE GUN WINNER:  DEVIN STUGELMEYER.  AN EXPECTED LOW NUMBER OF DONATIONS THIS YEAR.

WINTER SHOW BOOTH IS AGAIN ON GO FOR BCWF.  IF YOU HAVE ANY THEME IDEAS OR MOUNTS YOU WOULD BE WILLING TO DISPLAY PLEASE CALL JAY HOLM 490-1293 OR JOSH 840-5269.  THERE WILL BE A REQUEST AT THE FEBRUARY MEETING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO SPEND A FEW HOURS AT THE BOOTH FOR THAT WEEKEND.
