December Meeting/Christmas Party- The December Meeting will be December 16th, this is the third Wednesday of the month. There will be election of directors. If you would like to nominate someone see one of the board members or officers.
Membership Drive and Landowner Appreciation Supper- Will be January 6th at the Eagles.
Gas and Grocery Raffle Tickets- Please turn tickets into Perry or bring them with to the Membership Drive. The drawing will take place that night.
Archery- Archery is starting the second week of January. They will be shooting Monday and Wednesday nights from 7pm-9pm. The location is still 1025 4 Bottle Drive in the northwest industrial park between Drug Plastics and the Barnes County Municipal Airport. For more information call Neil Pederson at 840-0173.
Buck Show – We had a lot of really nice deer at the buck show again this year! Kevin Tangen won the Sr division and the Jr division was won by Kathleen Gilbertson.
High School Trap League – Currently 40 kids are interested in the trap league.
NDWF Convention – The convention will be January 22nd through the 24th in Bismarck. Please contact Perry if you are interested in going.
Deer for the Food Pantry – We have had 5 deer donated as of the November Meeting.
Artificial Garland- We will be doing the perch spawning rings on Ashtabula again this year. Please save any artificial garland you were planning on throwing away for the club.
BCWF Banquet – Numbers were up this year 247 attended compared to 211 last year.
Jr Naturalists- They had an event at the medicine wheel. Jr. Naturalists is now being run by the VCSU Wildlife Club.

Please help us sell the gas and grocery raffle tickets. The drawing will be held in January. You can turn the tickets in to Perry at Rural Water or to Jill at the Shoe Shop. If you can sell more tickets contact Perry 490-1797
6th Annual Sheyenne Valley Calling Contest – The contest will be held January 23rd. We are having a 15 gun raffle again this year.
Annie Oakley Shoot – Was September 15th there was 19 shooters in the Annie Oakley. Melanie Anderson was this year’s winner. She is the first female winner of the shoot. Mike Howe Jr. knocked out last years winner, so he won the $25 gift certificate to Bitz Tire.
NDWF Convention – The convention will be January 22nd through the 24th.
BCWF Ice Fishing Derby- The derby will be January 16th at Sibley.
North Dakota Winter Show Booth- We will be having a booth again this year at the winter show. If anyone has any new ideas for the booth contact Josh Holm or Jay Holm.

Hides for Habitat- We will be having hides for habitat again this year. There will be a 50/50 cash prize again this year.
Deer for the Food Pantry – We will be taking deer for the food pantry again this year. Contact Goose, 840-0179 before bringing deer to Valley Meats
Buck Show – The buck show will be held at the Valley City Eagles on Monday November 23rd. There will be a few changes this year. The contest is now opened up to any ND deer taken by bow or rifle, by a Barnes County resident or BCWF member. Also anyone bringing in a deer will be entered in a drawing for door prizes.
