Gas and Grocery Raffle Tickets- The drawing will be held at the January meeting. You can turn the tickets in at the January Meeting, to Perry at Rural Water or to Jill at the Shoe Shop. If you can sell more tickets or would like to purchase more tickets contact Perry 490-1797. Tickets can also be purchased by mailing a check to the clubs PO Box. With events cancelled because of Covid raffles are the majority of our clubs fundraising.
Sheyenne Valley Calling Contest- Sheyenne Valley Calling Contest- The calling contest and raffle are schedule for January 23rd. If you can sell more tickets or would like to purchase more tickets contact Perry 490-1797. Tickets can also be purchased by mailing a check to the clubs PO Box. Pheasant Tail Contest – The pheasant tail contest will take place before the January Meeting. Please bring in the entire tail section from the pheasant and have it thawed out.
BCW Predator Hunt- The hunt will be February 6th. Register at Stout Ross Ford from 6 am to 8 am. Check in by 6:30 pm at the Eagles. More information is available on the poster.
Election of Officers- The election of officers took place at the December meeting. Everyone was re-elected.
NDWF Fall Meeting- The fall meeting was held online. Most of the discussion was on upcoming legislation and likely no trespass bill.

Barnes County Wildlife Foundation- The foundations 501C3 status has been approved and we have applied for the Game and Fish Special Allocation Lottery Tags. We also applied for a NRA Grant to help fund the high school trap teams.

BCW Fun Night has been cancelled due to covid

Free burgers for paid members at 6 PM…Meeting at 7 PM
Fun Night- We will be having a fun night in place of the standard banquet and auction on Friday, October 30th. We will still be having the same meal included with your ticket. There will also be an early bird drawing; tickets for the early bird must be purchased by the 16th. We will not be approaching small businesses that have been affected by Covid for donations, so we will be having more games and doing things differently than having a standard auction. I have attached a sheet that can be sent in to request early bird tickets to this email. If you have any questions feel free to contact Perry 490-1797.
Sheyenne Valley Calling Contest and Raffle- The hunt and raffle is scheduled for January 23rd, 2021. Board members have tickets for the raffle.
Buck Show – The buck show will be held at the Valley City Eagles on Monday November 23th The contest is open to any ND deer taken this season by bow or rifle, by a Barnes County resident or BCWF member. Deer need to be brought in the SE door between 6 and 7:30. If you would like to help with the buck show contact TJ 490-0929.
BCW Foundation- We have created the BCW Foundation, this will be a nonprofit to help with fundraising.
